During the school holidays we stage organised sessions and activities for young people to take part in. They are aimed at 5-13 year olds and include a wide range of activities.
With activities such as football, dodgeball, arts and crafts, basketball and much more available it promises to be a fun and entertaining few days. The sessions are free to 365 members and £12.50 per person per day or £20 for both days for non members. To book call in at our recpetion.
Parents/guardians are reminded they, and their children, must adhere to the terms and conditions below and the behaviour management framework.
Terms and Conditions
Below are the terms and conditions for our Holiday programme due to take place from Thursday 20 and Friday 21 February 2025.
- 32 places are available.
- The holiday programme is included within the household members.
- The scheme is for ages 5-13 years.
- Future holiday programme bookings won’t be accepted until penalties from previous holiday schemes have been paid.
- Places will be allocated on a first come first serve basis.
- Booking will commence from 9am on Monday 3 February for 365 members and from 9am on Friday 7 February for non-members.
- All bookings will be taken at the Heritage and Wellbeing Centre reception.
- Customers can only register children on their household account.
- For non-members the price is £12.50 per day or £20 for both dates booked per child and paid for in advance.
- Parents/carers must complete a consent form via a QR code when registering at the Heritage and Wellbeing Centre.
- Places are non-transferrable.
- Places can be cancelled up to 48-hours before the day at no charge to the account holder.
- Places that are not cancelled 48-hours before will be charged £10 per booking. The Heritage and Wellbeing Centre are not responsible for contacting customers to notify sessions have not been attended where charges apply.
- There will be no waiting list.
- Children should arrive at 9:50am no earlier and must be collected no later than 2:10pm.
- All children must be collected by their parent/carers and no child should make their own way home.
- Parents and carers who collect children after 2:10pm will receive a late collection fine of £5.
- Parents/carers should read the Behaviour Management Framework prior to the day of their booking.
- Bookings can’t be made via email.
- Creswell Heritage and Wellbeing Centre reserve the right to cancel the scheme if advised to by Public Health Derbyshire.
- Centre supervisors hold the right to cancel any bookings where they feel the system is being abused by customers.
- The supervisor’s decision is final and only they can rule on exceptional circumstances.
